Antonio Amorim, FCUL Senior researcher, has extensive experience in the development of optical instruments and instrument simulation.
He has experience in coordinating FP7 projects and several ESO and CERN projects, in the frame of this projects Complex HW has been developed Professor Amorim is also specialized in optics and optomechanics design and instrumentation, this specialization allows a good understanding of the topic for this project. For this reason, professor Amorim is the right person for participating in this project. He has authored 68 International Refereed papers excluding ATLAS-Physics papers, 224 ATLAS physics paper, and 29 Papers at the SPIE optics.
