Claudia Manzoni is a chemical engineer and material researcher who is fascinated by stereophotography, astronomy and space missions, and enjoys composing stereo views of Solar System objects from images in Space Agencies’ archives – something she has been collaborating on with Dr Brian May for years. This passion led her to contribute in the role of 3-D compositor and researcher to ‘Mission Moon 3-D: Reliving the Great Space Race’ by David J. Eicher and Brian May, published by the London Stereoscopic Company and MIT Press in October 2018. In team with Dr Brian May, she is currently collaborating with Hayabusa2 and OSIRIS-REx mission science teams on the composition of 3-D images of near-Earth asteroids Ryugu and Bennu.
